Why he rose:Riley's ascent stems from a strong spring and summer with UPlay Canada on the Nike EYBL Circuit. What stands out about Riley more than anything is his size, length and athleticism. He is a versatile guard who can dribble, pass, and shoot. Riley possess plenty of untapped potential. The Canadian demonstrates prowess as a three-level scorer and playmaker against elite high school competition. He's still very thin, so as he gets into the weight room, adds muscle, and gets stronger, his play on the court will only continue to elevate.

Why he rose: Cenacmade a significant leap in this update, but he is one we will be closely monitoring this summer as he may not be done rising yet. The newly minted five-star has made tremendous progress in his development over the last season and it all came together for him at NBPA Top100 Camp this past week. Playing against many of the best in all of high school, Cenac's physical tools and athleticism reigned supreme. He was a mismatch all week long using his size, fluidity and skill to face up and attack defenders, finishing above the rim and showing his potential as a shooter.

Mullins is taking an unofficial visit to Kentucky on June 24 and has official visits set to Tennessee for October 19, Indiana on September 21, Michigan on September 7, and another unofficial to Purdue on June 26.

Why he rose:Braylon Mullins rise has been a product of increased exposure this spring and summer while playing for Indiana Elite on the 3SSB Circuit. They're one of the best teams across all shoe circuits. Mullins has impressed this summer with his size, length, reliable skillset and high game IQ. Mullins has particularly shined with his shot-making. He drilled 43.5% of his 108 attempts from three, according to Synergy. However, he's much more than a shooter. He can also handle and pass the ball while creating for himself and others. Mullins has a very high floor and will help any college team win a lot of games in the future.

Previous Ranking:No. 73

New Ranking:No. 34

Recruitment:The recruitment of Davis Fogle is ramping up. He has set an official visit to go see the Gonzaga Bulldogs on June 28-29. The Washington native won't stop there. He is also planning trips to check outCreighton, Indiana, Kansas and UCLA.

One team to watch out for here is UConn. The Huskies have started to show interest but haven't offered just yet. Fogle has already taken one visit to Nebraska.

Why he rose: Fogle was Once an under-the-radar prospect playing for his hometown Anacortes (Wa.) high school team in season and then for his Seattle Select on the Under Armour Rise Circuit. Despite not playing on big stages, he was able to shine on the UA Rise last summer. Once we got updated looks at him, Fogle has added another two inches and started to grow into his body.

Now standing nearly 6-foot-7 now, Fogle has terrific size for a guard. He possesses budding athleticism, can create off the dribble, finish above the rim, and create for others. Fogle is smart, instinctive and skilled with plenty of upside to tap into moving forward.

Why he rose:Acaden Lewis has been on a tear dating back to December of 2023 when he torched nets at the National Hoops Festival. The 6-foot-1 point guard has taken his game to another level with his wiggle with the basketball, his quickness, shot-making prowess, and playmaking. On or off the ball, you can't ever let Lewis get comfortable because he is a threat from anywhere on the court and a threat with the ball in his hands. Lewis changes speeds and directions on a dime, breaks down defenders, is a creative passer, and can score from all three levels/Lewis' big rise during this update is because he continues to deliver on every big stage and never shies away from a challenge.

Why he rose: Anunder-the-radar recruit, Denis quickly stood out with Team CP3 on the Nike EYBL this summer. At 6-foot-4, he has impressive size for a guard and is a plus athlete.Denis is a three-level scorer whose biggest strength is in his shot-making As his ball handling continues to develop, Denis has upside as a playmaker.

Previous Ranking:No. 134

New Ranking:No. 48

Since camp ended, Reibe has picked up offers from Florida State and Washington while Kentucky, UConn, UCLA and Arizona are now all expressing interest.

Why he rose:Eric Reibe has been stirring up some buzz throughout the high school season and delivered on a big stage last week at NBPA Top 100 Camp. At 7-feet, 235-pounds, Reibe's size and frame immediately stand out, but it's his skill that sets him apart. He has great hands and touch, scores with a variety of moves in the post and can step away to score from mid-range. It's hard to find players with the skill and size of Reibe and guys like him are proving to be very valuable around college basketball.

Zac Foster

11 biggest risers in the updated 2025 rankings, recruiting intel: Will Riley, Chris Cenac, Acaden Lewis & more (10)

Previous Ranking:No. 146

New Ranking:No. 55

Foster held just two offers from Mississippi State and South Florida but since the live period kicked off he has now landed scholarhips from Georgia Tech, West Virginia, Clemson, Virginia Tech and Murray State.

Xavier is one to keep an eye on. His older brother, Marcus Foster, just transferred to the Musketeers from Furman.

Why he rose:Foster is a talented and intriguing guard with positional size, long arms and budding athleticism. He is still thin and wiry right now but will continue to grow and physically mature in the coming months and years. Foster has caught the eyes of 247Sports over the last year due to those physical traits along with his ability to score from all three levels, flashes of playmaking ability and the plays he can make on the defensive end of the floor. The Georgia native continues to develop as he works on becoming consistently productive. His best basketball is ahead of him.

Keyshuan Tillery

11 biggest risers in the updated 2025 rankings, recruiting intel: Will Riley, Chris Cenac, Acaden Lewis & more (11)

Previous Ranking:No. 135

New Ranking:No. 73

On the visit front, Tillery is planning to take visits to Tennessee, Wake Forest and Cincinnati in the fall.

Why he rose:Tillery rose the ranks in large part due to his performances with City Rocks on the Nike EYBL Circuit. While he is small at roughly six-feet tall, he's got a lot of fight in him. The New Hampton (N.H.) School recruit is tough, quick, fast and has no fear on the floor, utilizing his burst and change of direction to beat guys off the bounce, getting into the lane for buckets and for creating for his teammates.

On the EYBL Circuit, Tillery is averaging 13.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 5.5 assists with a whopping 1.97 AST:TO ratio, according to Synergy.
