L’Amuse
L’Amuse in Amsterdam-Zuid is a family business run by Betty Koster, who took over the company from her parents. She has been in the store since she was young, serving and advising customers. In addition to cheese, L’Amuse also sells other high-quality additions to your snack board, from olives to dry sausage and nuts. The absolute tourist attraction is its enormous display case, which houses over three hundred (!) cheeses. Her cheese tastings also seem to be legendary.
