Hello - My wife has a 7-year-old HP ENVY x360 - 15-aq156nr DaaS Touchscreen laptop that is giving her dead-battery warnings so I'm thinking of buying her a new one. I want to see the specs on her old machine to ensure I purchase something at least comparable in every way. I went to the website and typed in her S/N but when I click Product Specifications all I get is information about how the warranty is expired. Am I missing something or am I allowed to be thoroughly annoyed? Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Thanks very much for your thoughtful and thorough reply. Not only did you point me in the right direction, but you also provided some new information (i.e., PartSurfer) I can use in the future, and gave me a couple of things to consider further. Good job, much appreciated!
